The staff at Nt Elysian Hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always offering help with travel plans and local recommendations. Tommy and his brother even made sure I felt safe and at home, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay.

My stay in the Superior Double Room was quite disappointing due to its cramped space. it felt inadequate for storing my luggage. I also found the bathroom cleanliness to be below expectations, which was frustrating. Additionally, the noise from the surrounding restaurants made it difficult to get restful sleep at night.

Just a well-suited match for a flash visit in Hanoi with value for money. The staff made sure I felt comfortable, providing a complimentary welcome drink that was a nice touch. Keep an eye out for local dining recommendations—they're spot on!

I spent 7 nights at a lovely hotel in Hanoi where the vibe felt like home. The manager, Tommy, went out of his way to ensure my experience was outstanding, even organizing unique performances and dining experiences to suit my tastes. It's in a fantastic location near local markets and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The only thing I might suggest is perhaps having a more consistent front desk presence, but I appreciated their quick communication via WhatsApp when needed.
